These terms apply to every page and online feature of this website, including service descriptions, our portfolio, contact and enquiry forms, the customer ticket system and AI support.

If you do not accept any part of these terms, please stop using the website. Continued use means you accept the current version.

We provide digital and AI transformation consulting, ERP adoption (custom and Odoo), AI adoption and AI customer service, custom system development and integration, corporate websites and e-commerce, and SOC security monitoring.

The features on this website (forms, ticket lookup, AI support) exist for enquiries and contact; they do not themselves constitute delivery of any service.

Descriptions of our services, technical approaches, timelines and outcomes are provided so you can understand how we work; they are general explanations and summaries of past projects.

The actual scope, deliverables, timeline and fees are assessed case by case and set out in a signed quotation or contract. Any durations or scales mentioned on the site are typical examples and are not commitments regarding your project.

All binding rights and obligations arise solely from a signed contract between the parties. Neither these terms nor the website content substitutes for or supplements contractual terms.

Unless marked otherwise, the layout, code, text, diagrams and other content on this website are our copyright. They may not be reproduced, publicly transmitted, adapted, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Client names, trademarks, logos and screenshots shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are cited only to describe the work. Some clients are shown by industry only, under confidentiality arrangements.

Ownership of deliverables in individual projects is governed by that project's contract and is unaffected by this section.

When using this website, please do not:

• Scrape content in bulk with automated tools, or circumvent our protection mechanisms.
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data.
• Conduct penetration tests, vulnerability scans or anything else that could affect service stability.
• Submit false information, advertising or malicious content through our forms or ticket system.
• Impersonate others, or provide someone else's personal data without their consent.
• Interfere in any way with other users' normal use of the website.

Where we identify such conduct we may restrict or terminate your access without prior notice, and we reserve all legal remedies.

Our AI text and voice support generates replies automatically using a language model, to gather your requirements and provide general information.

AI replies may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute our formal opinion, quotation or commitment. For anything concerning fees, timelines, technical feasibility or contract terms, rely on a written reply from our staff.

Please do not provide passwords, financial account numbers or confidential information you would not want recorded. How conversations are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

This website may link to client websites or third-party services. Those are run by their own operators; their content, privacy practices and service quality are outside our control and we are not responsible for them.

We use third-party analytics, advertising measurement and security services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, system failures, network issues or events outside our control.

We may add, change or discontinue features of this website at any time without individual prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damage arising from your use of this website is limited to intent and gross negligence, and excludes indirect loss, loss of business, loss of data and loss of anticipated profit.

These terms, and any dispute relating to this website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

For disputes arising from these terms or this website, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith first. Failing that, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall have first-instance jurisdiction.
