Customised to what your industry actually needs

We do not rebuild what packaged software already does well. What actually determines whether an industry runs smoothly is usually the handful of steps no standard feature covers.

  Monthly billing with a variable amount：The number of bottles differs every month; at month end each household is charged by actual deliveries, not a fixed subscription.

  Serial locking for limited editions：Adding to cart locks a unique serial number; it is released only if checkout times out.

  Age gating for regulated goods：A gate at the entrance — fail it and you cannot even see the products; the whole site carries the required warnings.

  Dispatch suggestions based on daily load：The system works out how much each engineer can still take today, and warns against assigning when they are at capacity.

None of these five is a standard feature, yet each is what really matters in its industry.

The team

We met representing the Taipei Tech EMBA programme in an inter-collegiate business case competition, which built our mutual trust. The team includes an executive who ran a technology company as CEO for over a decade, and a CIO from an international information-security software company.

After we start working together

Go-live is not the end. We stay with you for maintenance and expansion, and a maintenance contract is available. Quotes, scope and timeline are written down from the start, and every change along the way is recorded.
